SALARY: Starting from $55k/annum (BOE)

Core Responsibilities
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional service
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, handle grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters such as employee meetings and terminations.
Be the primary backup for payroll processing and benefit changes.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook and organizational charts, and contribute to the development of policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications or Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Related Field
At least five years’ HR related experience preferred
Good problem solving skills and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Able to maintain confidentiality
Current BLS certification
Recent Physical and TB Report within past year
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
Previously worked at a traditional housing facility
As required by the County of Los Angeles, all ANS employees are required to be fully vaccinated or to have an approved medical or religious exemption by the Company.
